The Dare Gown is truly made for someone who wants a mix between a princess/ball gown and a fitted, figure-accentuating gown. I felt absolutely gorgeous in the gown and it felt so different from anything else I'd seen! It moves around really well and I worried that the beads on the shoulders would rub up against my skin but they truly didn't at all. The dress was not altered beyond the hem. The hem was professionally done by the designer (bought at a trunk show) to fit my height 5'2" and assuming I'd wear 2.5-3" heels. The bustle is done with ties (really simple for your MOH or MOB!) and it was really easy to move around in with and without the train. I added a belt to the dress, it is not specifically made for this dress, but my boutique saved extra beads from Hayley Paige dresses, and then added some of her beads to a belt so that it matched the beads on the shoulders of the dress. The belt is just tacked on in the front and could be removed, but the dress comes with it, personally I liked it better with something to draw attention to the waistline of the dress, which is really flattering.
