Classic Vintage Couture Wedding Dress
I still love this dress so much, it’s a classic elegant style with subtle highlights of silver and crystal flowers. We even had our wedding cake designed after the pattern because it's so beautiful.
The dress is silk with Net lace overlay and tulle under the skirt. It has built-in boning. It’s strapless and I had crystal-covered spaghetti straps added, just in case I wanted more support.
Alterations: It is a tag size 8 but feels like a 6. It was altered in length, I am 6’ tall. The only other alterations were bringing the dress in around the bust and hips.
Condition: It has one spot on the bottom at the back and a tear in the lace along the back bottom. I'm tall, so if the dress is hemmed, the lace would be perfect and the blemishes removed :).
As I said, I still love this dress! We had an amazingly FUN wedding, still going strong too! I would love to pass this piece of designer art onto another bride to enjoy.
